Author: Unknown
Date: A November 2018 scan of an original c1994 35mm slide

Location: Alexandra Dock, Grimsby. Will Corporation Bridge ever again be seen in the raised position, as above?

Named 'Macandi', GY220 was built in 1972 by Herd & Mackenzie of Buckie, Scotland. She's described as a fishing anchor seiner. Her first owner was Delga Fishing Co. Ltd., Grimsby. By 1993, she was owned by Tom Sleight (Seiners) Ltd., Grimsby but was decommisioned as a fishing vessel later that year.

For a time, GY220 was at Grimsby's Fishing Heritage Centre. She is now in private ownership.
